【koko ni iru】MIGRANTS CALENDAR -2020 I AM HERE・WE ARE HERE・ KOKO NI IRU NOW CALLING FOR: PHOTOS・DRAWINGS

We are now calling for photos and drawings featuring immigrants/people with foreign roots and their families living in a gradually diversifying Japanese society. Please send us your works (photographs, paintings, illustrations, computer generated illustration work etc) expressing the essence of "koko ni iru", such as: "My day", "My food", "My family", "My friends", "My work", "My happiness".

The photos nominated as the entries for the SMJs calendar 2020 will be exhibited in the library of Sophia University from Nov.11 to Dec 16.


Eligibility

・Everyone is eligible regardless of their age, profession, or nationality.
・Applicants are also able to submit their work as a group.
・There is no limit to the number of works each applicant can submit.


Submission method
1) Take photos/Paint/Draw your work.
2) Convert the work according to the following
File Format:JPEG or TIFF
File Size:A3(4093×5787pixels, 3∼10MB)
3) Send images of the work along with the information listed below tothe organizer.
- Name
- Title of your work (picture or photo)
- Contact/Address
- Affiliation (If applicable)

Judging Process
The organizers will hold a judging panel.
For Outstanding Work‒ 5 sets of calendars with photos/images.

Prize
1. Any works bearing the marks of discrimination and slander will be disqualified.
2. Please send your work only after you have received consent from everyone featured in the picture.
3. All work contents remain the copyright of its rightful author. However, the organizer reserves the right to use them for its website, mass media, and other publications.
